We couldn't be more proud!!!

Clear Brook High School Television students Joseph Alvarez and Eric Zelaya have their short film "Cliché" qualified as a finalist in this year's South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin.
With more than 6,500 entries in the film festival this year, only 22 were accepted for the high school shorts category.  "Joe and Eric's film surpasses all expectations," said A/V Production, CBTV teacher David Derr. "It is so wonderful so see all of their hard work and long hours pay off. I cannot think of two students more deserving of this honor." The short film is about four teenagers on a mission to create the greatest student short film. The film production crew includes Clear Brook High School students Danny Bernal, Eric Zelaya, Joseph Alvarez and Rachel Acosta as well as Derr.  Click here to see the online Houston Chronicle article.
